3DSDSCAR - Three Dimensional Structural Database for Sialic acid containing CARbohydrates is the first of its kind database which contains conformational models for a given glycan derived through aqueous molecular dynamics simulations. These conformational models can help in addressing research problems related to the conformational aspects of molecular recognition and protein- carbohydrate interactions.
